By accessing or using the Services, you (“you” / “User”) agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Purpose
Infrawatch provides infrastructure intelligence and cybersecurity data designed solely for legitimate research, analytical, defensive and security-related use.
This Policy sets out mandatory standards of acceptable conduct to protect the lawful, ethical and responsible use of the Services.

You must:
use the Services only for lawful and legitimate purposes;

conduct surveillance or targeting that is unlawful, unethical or harmful;
enable phishing, spam, scams or social engineering;
misrepresent Infrawatch data as your own or alter attribution;
resell, sublicense or redistribute Services or data without written consent.
3.3 Technical Abuse
interfere with, disrupt or degrade the Services or underlying infrastructure;
attempt unauthorised access to any system, account or dataset;
introduce malicious code, automated exploit tools or harmful scripts;
scrape, harvest or extract data using automated means without authorisation;
reverse engineer, decompile, replicate or derive datasets, models or algorithms.
3.4 Fraud and Deception
provide false or misleading information;
impersonate any individual or entity;
falsely suggest endorsement, partnership or affiliation with Infrawatch;
generate deceptive or fraudulent outputs using Infrawatch data.
3.5 Abuse of Platform Limits
circumvent usage, licensing or rate limits;
overload or stress the Services in a way that impacts availability;
attempt to bypass billing controls or account safeguards.
4. Data Usage and Licensing Restrictions
All Infrawatch data and intelligence is proprietary and licensed strictly for defensive, analytical and research use.
You must not use the data to:
infringe privacy rights or breach applicable data protection laws;
target individuals or organisations for harm;
develop, train or enhance competing commercial products;
redistribute datasets outside the scope of your licence.
5. Security Requirements
You must implement appropriate administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including:
maintaining secure systems and environments when accessing the Services;
ensuring software is patched and free from known vulnerabilities;
promptly notifying Infrawatch of any actual or suspected compromise, misuse or breach at [email protected].
6. Reporting Misuse

7. Enforcement
Infrawatch reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
suspend or terminate access without notice;

Infrawatch is not responsible for how Users interpret or act upon intelligence derived from the Services. Users remain solely responsible for compliance with law and this Policy.
9. Changes to this Policy
Infrawatch may amend this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
